Is there any downtime?
No.
Dermafrac allows you to return to your normal activities immediately after
procedure. There will be mild redness which resolves within few hours. If you
desire you may reapply make up immediately after the procedure. This
effectively leaves your skin with a glowing complexion and instant results; you
can apply mineral makeup immediately, and then sit back and feel and see your
skin improve daily.
Will it hurt?
No,
Dermafrac doesn’t hurt at all. With precise engineering of hand piece, it
prevents any bleeding or pain but provides a pleasant client experience with no
downtime.
How many treatments do I need?
Dermafrac
is typically administered in six treatments every 2 weeks followed by maintenance
visits every one or two months
Does Dermafrac treatment reduce sunspots or uneven pigmentation?
Yes, It
can be very effective in removing unwanted pigmentation, sun damage and uneven
skin color and tone in some cases and it is typically used as part of a
comprehensive treatment program including broad spectrum SPF and home use
pigment lightening agents.
Does Dermafrac work for Acne?
Yes for
certain types of acne it may be beneficial and be a useful part of a treatment
program.
Does Dermafrac improve Acne scars?
Some
scars may respond to DermaFrac™ and the response varies based on several
factors such as the age of the scar, depth of the scar tissue, individual skin
types, location and the care given to the area between treatments. Deeper scars
are better treated with fractional lasers.
Does Dermafrac work on wrinkles?
Superficial
fine lines and wrinkles may be reduced using DermaFrac™. Deep wrinkles or
dynamic lines may be softened somewhat, but cannot be completely resolved and
are typically better treated with fillers, neuromodulators or laser skin
resurfacing.
